Position Purpose and Scope
We are looking for a detail-oriented Digital Content & Web Coordinator to help manage and update our websites, e-commerce platform, and mobile app content. This role focuses on hands-on content updates, basic HTML/CSS styling, and ensuring a consistent, user-friendly experience across our digital platforms.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working in Exigo (or eager to learn it), updating product pages, categories, and assets, and collaborating with our marketing and design teams to keep content fresh and accurate. This position is primarily about executing and maintaining digital content, with occasional opportunities to assist in analytics, process improvements, and new feature rollouts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Update and maintain product pages, landing pages, and other site content in Exigo and WordPress, as well as within our mobile app content system.
  • Use HTML and CSS to style and format web content for a clean, consistent look.
  • Ensure content accuracy, correct linking, and brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Perform basic QA testing on updates and new features to ensure they work as intended.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Design, and IT teams to publish content on schedule.
  • Assist with translation/localization workflows for global markets.
  • Support occasional reporting on site performance using tools like Google Analytics or Hotjar (SEO experience is a plus but not required).

Education & Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in web content management or a related digital role.
  • Basic to intermediate HTML and CSS skills.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (Exigo preferred) and/or WordPress.
  • Understanding of web content workflows and best practices.
  • Familiarity with basic analytics tools is helpful, but not essential.

  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and adopt new tools (AI chatbots, analytics platforms, SQL, Exigo modules).
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and work both strategically and tactically.
